Required Information

As you might expect, we require a certain amount of basic information to progress an order or provide technical support. We can collect this information in a number of ways.

1 - Telephone Consultation

The first, and best, way is to give us a call and let us talk through your requirements. With a two way dialogue we can ask questions and establish the requirements there and then. It is also easier for customers to ask questions of us that way and, when time is pressing (as it often is), a telephone conversation is the best approach.

We can be contacted on the main line number - 0191 416 6288

Office hours are as follows:

  • 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 9am till 12am on Saturday

2 - Out Of Hours General Enquiry

For direct, out of hours, enquiries the contact form is the best solution. Complete this simple form and we will be in touch with you first thing the following day. You may, of course, also use the form to get in touch if time is not pressing and you would like us to contact you.

3 - New Cylinder Special Design Form

For a manufacturing project, or a new cylinder design, then the New Cylinder Special Design Form goes through the information we normally require before starting such a project. You can use this form as a checklist, or complete the form to initiate a quotation. Additional information can be found on the manufacturing, or special design pages.

4 - Power Packs and Components Form

If you are looking for a new power pack, then the Power Packs and Components Form outlines the required information for establishing a specification and price. Again, this can be used as a checklist, or a direct way to supply information prior to pricing and further contact.

5 - Online Technical Advice

If you do have the time and you would like help on evaluating any technical problems you may be having with your hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment, you can review the troubleshooting page which may provide some ideas on issues and remedies before getting in touch.
