Metal Spray

Metal spray resizing helps rejuvenate used parts by replacing worn portions.

Metal spray can also be used to give parts a wear or corrosion resistant skin.

Several grades offering high wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, low shrinkage and high strength are available:

  • High-Chrome, high-carbon stainless steel
  • Stainless steel alloy
  • Nickel chromium alloy

Nickel/Aluminium Materials

Offering self bonding, oxidation-resistant coatings of high structural integrity.
Dual-function Single Stage Materials

Offering self bonding, can be used as a one step or bond coating, in addition grades supplied have many properties available which are suitable to your requirements i.e. surface finish, post-machining, wear, heat, corrosion and impact resistance.

Other Iron, Nickel & Cobalt Based Materials Offering resistance to corrosion and erosion at elevated temperatures, resistant to fretting and galling particularly in poor lubricated conditions.

Self Fluxing Alloys

  • Offering dense high wear and corrosion resistant fused coatings that are still machinable.
    Nickel & Cobalt based
  • Nickel or Cobalt based with Tungsten Carbide

Non-Ferrous Metals

Offering good resistant qualities as well as being easily machined and having a hardness similar to mild steel.

  • Bronzes
  • Copper

Refractory Metals

Offering high toughness and hardness, excellent sliding properties and fret and galling resistance.

  • Molybdenum
  • Tungsten

Oxide Ceramic Materials

Offering a considerable number of blends which offer many differing properties to cope with exacting demands and requirements.

Tungsten Carbide Materials

Offering thin, hard dense, semi-fused wear resistant coatings and can also be ground to provide an excellent surface finish.

  • Tungsten Carbide-Cobalt Composite
  • Tungsten Carbide Blends

Chromium & Other Carbide Materials

Offering resistance to wear at elevated temperatures and good smooth surface coatings.

  • Chromium Carbides
