Manufacturing

The Cylinder Service Centre is a hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder specialist and manufactures a wide range of hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, parts and assemblies.

Our dedicated in-house production facilities and highly skilled workforce work to the ISO 9001 quality management system to provide assurance that our manufactured units and parts are consitently produced to the highest quality standard.      

With a design service in-house and a specialised production facility The Cylinder Service Centre can provide a one stop shop for your our hydraulic cylinder manufacturing, or pneumatic cylinder manufacturing requirements.

Sample AssemblyNew Cylinders can be designed from scratch, which means that special designs, or one-offs, can be accommodated easily. You can tell us about your requirements on the New Cylinder Special Design form.

Once hydraulic or pneumatic equipmment has been fully assembled it is always fully tested. Our design service includes testing specifications, but we can, of course, also accommodate customer requirements.

Our testing equipment is state-of-the-art, designed in-house, in full consultation with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).      

We also manufacture electrical, diesel and petrol driven driven power packs and components. Both diesel and petrol power packs are manufactured to order providing a high degree of flexibility when working with your requirements.

Additionally we design and manufacture custom made hydraulic jacks and pumps. As with our cylinders, all jacks are fully tested on completion to perfomance, safety and customer specification.
