Cylinder Service Centre is a supplier of parts and associated services for Hyva Equipment.

Telescopic Tipping Cylinders

Hyva designs and manufactures a complete range of telescopic cylinders, both for front-end and under-body applications. Hyva cylinders are light-weight, stable, maintenance free and use less oil.

Double Acting Cylinders

Hyva designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of Double Acting Cylinders. Their package of optimum standard components can be combined to a customised solution for every requirement.

Hydraulic kits

To drive the hydraulic equipment on commercial vehicles Hyva designed a complete range of components such as pumps, valves and oil tanks. These components can be combined by Cylinder Service Centre engineers to match any specific customer demand.

Pumps

Hyva pumps include gear- and piston pumps for medium and high pressure (up to 400 bar) applications, in various configurations (DIN, UNI, ISO, SAE) and displacement sizes (from 20 to 150 cc/rev).

Hoses and adaptors

Hyva hoses and adaptors are designed to optimise pump performance and facilitate installation in tight places. Using the appropriate parts from the Hyva range ensures a minimum pressure drop in the hydraulic kit.

Tanks

The Hyva range of oil tanks consists of side-, cradle- and rear mounted models, available in steel and aluminium with capacities from 12 up to 213 litres. State of the art design with optimum oil volume, mounting plate for Return Filter, spy glass and air breather cap.

Valves

The Hyva tipping valves are designed for optimum performance. Hyva achieved it’s reputation as tipping specialist also thanks to the superior features of their tipping valves. Cylinder Service Centre offers a complete range of Hyva tipping valves for different cylinder volumes with pressure settings from 120 to 350 bar.

Air controls

Cylinder Service Centre offers a complete range of Hyva air controls to engage the potheyr take-off and valves in ytheir hydraulic system. The standard Hyva controls meet all legislative requirements with safety features such as the automatic P.T.O. engagement
