More About Hydraulic Jacks

The Cylinder Service Centre designs, manufactures and repairs hydraulic jacks, pumps and tools.

With our in-house design service, custom specified hydraulic jacks, pumps and tools can be specified, drawn up and manufactured to your exact requirements.

High pressure specifications above 700 bar are possible and we have testing equipment in house that allows all equipment to be fully tested for normal safety and performance requirements in addition to customer specified tests.

All equipment can be fully test certificated with details of the testing included in the documentation.

This applies to not only new hydraulic jacks, but also to repaired equipment.

This means that trolly, bottle and pit jacks can be overhauled and then re-certified for both performance and safety purposes.

Repair of Similar Hydraulic Lifting Equipment

The Cylinder Service Centre also overhauls engine, table and scissors lifts. Again, this refurbishment work is completed with the equipment being fully tested and certificated with fully documentation.
