Binotto

Cylinder Service Centre is a Binotto dealer. This means we can supply parts as well as offer repair and maintenance services.

Binotto manufacture front end tipping rams: the favourite design for the great majority of UK tipper businesses.

They are reliable, simple to operate, easy to maintain and low in weight. With the highest standards of product design, machining accuracy and material quality, Binotto front end cylinders offer a unique combination of operating benefits.

Where Binotto really wins is with its range. For example, for 7.5 tonners, the TFC75 model completely fits the bill in terms of specification, performance and value. Whilst for larger 4x2, 6x4 and 8x4 rigids, operators have a choice between the MFC range, where ram and tank are separate, or the TFC models where they are combined.

For 44 tonnes operation, cylinders for semi-trailers are offered in two versions: outer cover or top-eye, both with lower trunnions.

Cylinder Service Centre supplies and supports the following from Binotto:

	Front-end cylinders	A complete Binotto designed and manufactured range of front-end cylinders: with cover (MFC), top eye (MF-RP) or top and bottom eye (MF-RO) with lifting capacity up to 100 tons.
	Under-body cylinders	A complete Binotto designed and manufactured range of under-body cylinders for tractors and semi-trailers with rear, side or 3-way tipper.
	Oil tanks	A range of Binotto models of steel tanks covering various cab mounting positions. All Binotto tanks are equipped for direct mounting of the proportional tipping valve and of the return line filter. Cylinder Service Centre can also provide mounting brackets for various types of chassis. We cover oil tanks up to a capacity up to 250 litres.
	Gear and piston pumps	A complete range of hydraulic gear and piston pump; bentaxis and straight type.
	PTO	PTOs compatible with all the major manufacturers’ different vehicle models. A wide choice of gear ratios and torque for the various applications is available.
	Valves	A Complete range of Binotto tipping valves and safety valves. Electrically operated tipping valves (for light tippers) and air operated proportional tipping valves for medium-light, medium-heavy and heavy applications.
	End of strokes	Pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical end of strokes for increased safety and greater control of the hydraulic system.
	Cab control devices	A complete range of proportional pneumatic control devices with numerous versions available: for single function (sandwich type) or with integrated lifting/lowering control and PTO drive (compact type). Mechanic remote control and switch on/off.
	Bodyfix	To guarantee increased body stability and better operating conditions
	Hoses & Fittings	A Complete range of high pressure hydraulic hoses with pre-assembled connections. High pressure connections. Screw-type quick release couplings. Suction and return hoses.
	Cradles & Supports	Binotto brackets to adapt products to any type of vehicle.
